Bryken currently runs over 55 CNC machines and continually invests in the latest technology; spending around £1 million per annum on new machinery.
We work with a wide range of materials including stainless steel, mild steel, super duplex steel, Inconel®, nickel iron, titanium, Monel®, aluminium, copper, plastics, molybdenum and brass.

Specialities & Technologies

We can provide in-house welding and assembly as well as access to a wide range of trusted sub-contract suppliers. Bryken also has 2 centreless grinders, an external burnishing machine and a wide range of manual assembly and finishing machines. In addition, we also offer a multi-stage ultrasonic wash plant capable of achieving aviation industry standards.

Finally, we offer a prototyping service as well as project management support to your design and engineering teams.

Bryken can supply products using a range of operating models including Kan-Ban, Just-In-Time (JIT) and Direct-Line-Feed (DLF). We can hold stock to support rapid replenishment if required.
