Specialities & Technologies

Aqueous cleaning systems - equipped with spray, immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, hot air and vacuum drying. They come with work swivelling, rotation, and manual or automatic loading. The range of machines covers simple applications such as toolroom spray washers to multi-million-pound medical implant cleaning lines.

Solvent cleaning systems – similar in principle to the Pero systems you are familiar with, but with some innovative design features to enable efficient machine servicing. In addition, the machines are 100% designed, manufactured and assembled at their factory near Stuttgart. Unlike Pero's standard range of machines, 80% of Karl Roll machines are custom designs to meet the specific needs of the customer

Surface Preparation Lines – These machines from Finland are designed and built around functions such as Anodising, Chemical Etching, Chemical cleaning and NDT lines

FRIES – Plastic work holding – Earlier this year Turbex became the sole UK agent for FRIES work holding. FRIES cater for 530 x 320 and 660 x 480 size baskets as standard. Within these sizes and using their modular system compartments and pin boards are prepared for use at the CNC machining, cleaning and inspection steps to minimise damage through manual handling.

Additive metal part de-powdering – Printing metal parts using powdered metal as the base material has been around for some time. An automated method of recovering the powder and recycling it back into use hasn't been available until now. Now the German system from Solukon meets this need with a fully enclosed design for the safe, automatic and clean removal of any loose powder.
